BELOIT, WI & LEXINGTON, KY (October 13, 2025) — Hendricks Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the appointment of Krista Wood as Vice President of Leasing, bringing a dynamic, strategic voice to the company’s expanding mixed-use portfolio across key Midwest markets.

Krista Wood, Vice President of Leasing

With a robust track record in retail leasing and commercial real estate leadership, Wood steps into her new role with a focus on driving leasing strategy and tenant curation across high-profile developments including the Bottleworks District and Circle Centre Redevelopment in Indianapolis, IN, as well as Fritz Farm in Lexington, KY.

Wood’s background includes senior leadership roles at top-tier organizations such as Centennial, where she served as senior vice president of leasing. Her career began in the legal sector, but a pivot into commercial real estate launched her into nearly two decades of experience across national portfolios, lifestyle centers, and urban redevelopment projects.

“After years of working on behalf of ownership groups as a third-party leasing partner, I was eager to join an ownership team directly,” said Wood. “At Hendricks Commercial Properties, there’s a clear vision for rethinking what great real estate looks like - what we build, who we build it for, and how we activate it. I’m excited to help shape that future.”

In her role, Wood will lead the retail leasing strategy for some of the most talked-about urban redevelopments in the Midwest:

  • Bottleworks District - A 12-acre adaptive reuse and mixed-use development on Indianapolis’ historic Mass Ave corridor.

  • Circle Centre Redevelopment - The transformation of downtown Indy’s legacy retail asset into a modern, vertically integrated destination.

  • Fritz Farm - A premier open-air lifestyle center in Lexington, home to a curated mix of national brands and local standouts.

Wood’s responsibilities include merchandising strategy, tenant mix alignment, leasing execution, and broker outreach for each of these destinations, with the goal of driving long-term value creation and placemaking impact.

“Krista’s arrival represents an important step forward as we continue to elevate our leasing strategy across urban and lifestyle projects,” said Scott Prudden, Senior Vice President of Leasing at Hendricks Commercial Properties. “She brings deep experience, trusted broker relationships, and a sharp understanding of what today’s tenants - and their customers - are looking for.”
