This is an exciting update — I’ve worked on and researched mass timber projects, and it’s impressive how sustainable materials like this can attract tenants while creating warm, inviting spaces. From my experience, controlling indoor comfort in timber buildings is crucial since natural materials interact differently with temperature and humidity. I’ve personally used a smart WiFi AC controller in similar developments to maintain consistent comfort without compromising energy efficiency, which tenants really appreciate. Articles like this are great because they show how thoughtful design and technology come together to make innovative buildings both functional and appealing.
