Poke Green Opening in Downtown Beloit's State Street Shoppes

Local Hawaiian-Asian-Fusion Restaurant to Debut First Location in Wisconsin 

BELOIT, WI (July 28, 2025) – Hendricks Commercial Properties proudly announces the upcoming opening of Poke Green located at the newly renovated State Street Shoppes & Studio Apartments, 319 State Street, in the heart of downtown Beloit. This marks the third Poke Green location for owner Jin Wu Lin, and the first in Wisconsin, as the concept continues to expand its Hawaiian-Asian-fusion offerings to new communities. 

Known for its flavorful, customizable poke bowls, Poke Green provides a fresh, healthy dining option that brings a unique flavor profile to the area. Each bowl is made in under five minutes using sushi-grade salmon and tuna, fresh, organic produce and more. Poke Green is offering a fast, nutritious option in Beloit’s fast-growing food scene.

The decision to expand into Beloit was inspired by Jin Wu Lin’s passion for bringing fresh, healthy dining options to communities that could use them. Recognizing that, he saw an opportunity to introduce Poke Green’s unique fusion concept to a market eager for new concepts and he jumped on it.
