Calista Flowers Joins Hendricks Commercial Properties as Leasing Manager

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (JUNE 19, 2026) — Hendricks Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the addition of Calista Flowers as Leasing Manager, strengthening the company’s leasing team in Indianapolis and supporting continued growth across its Midwest portfolio.

Flowers joins Hendricks Commercial Properties with a strong background in commercial real estate, market analysis and leasing operations. In her new role, she will help drive leasing strategy, tenant recruitment and relationship management, with an immediate focus on Traction Yards, the transformative mixed-use development redefining downtown Indianapolis. She will play an integral role in attracting a dynamic mix of businesses and experiences that contribute to the project's long-term success.

Prior to joining Hendricks Commercial Properties, Flowers served as a Leasing Analyst at Simon Property Group, where she supported leasing initiatives for national tenant accounts across a portfolio of retail properties. She previously spent three years as a Site Research Analyst at JD SPORTS, developing expertise in market research, site selection and real estate analytics. Together, these experiences provided a strong foundation in both the analytical and relationship-driven aspects of commercial real estate and fueled her passion for retail leasing.
