Hendricks Commercial Properties Welcomes New Tenants to State Street Shoppes

Wren & Roe and Bodacious Shops of Beloit join Poke Green in newly revitalized corridor 

BELOIT, Wis. (April 24, 2026) – Hendricks Commercial Properties announces the addition of new tenants for its recently renovated State Street Shoppes & Studio Apartments: Wren & Roe boutique, and Bodacious Shops of Beloit. The businesses will join Poke Green, which is expected to open this summer. 

Wren & Roe

Wren & Roe is owned by Noelle Tulley, former owner of Rockford boutique Roxy Carmichael. Drawing on her experience leading a well-known regional boutique, Tulley brings a refined retail perspective to Beloit with Wren & Roe, offering a thoughtfully curated collection of women’s apparel, accessories and home decor designed to offer a fresh, welcoming shopping experience.

Bodacious Shops

Bodacious Shops of Beloit, owned by Rishy Studer, joins existing locations in Pensacola, Florida and Janesville, Wisconsin. The specialty retail store will offer an extensive selection of olive oils, balsamic vinegars and gourmet gifts, along with in-store tastings and interactive sampling experiences. The Beloit location will also carry official Beloit Sky Carp merchandise.  

Poke Green

The two retailers will join Poke Green, the first tenant announced for the newly revitalized State Street Corridor. These additions build on the growing energy in downtown Beloit, where Hendricks Commercial Properties continues to expand its retail presence with tenants such as LOOM, Bath & Body Fusion, Lux Cuts and Walnut Creek, all located within the same block. 

Together, these additions reflect continued investment in downtown Beloit and support the city’s growth as a destination for shopping, dining and local business development.
